Online Orders and Shipping
Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days after your order is placed. Please refrain from using our promotional discounts with multiple emails, as they are a one-time use code **
We ship all orders through Canada Post. Below are the shipping options we offer at checkout:
- Canada : $20 flat rate
- United States of America : $25.00 flat rate
International customers are responsible for customs expenses.
** Please ensure your mailing address and email are correct at checkout as we are unable to make changes to this once the package has shipped **
** Kari's Kloset reserves the right to refund orders if we find that our codes are being used repeatedly. Your items will not be reserved should this occur. **

If you chose in-store pickup:
We do our best to fulfil online orders as quickly as possible. Your order may not be available on the same day in which it was placed. We ask that you be patient and wait until you receive an email from us stating your order is ready for pickup!
If you chose shipping:
We send all packages with a tracking number. Please be aware, when there is a high volume of online orders due to Black Friday sales or the holidays, our shipping process (including inputting tracking numbers) may be delayed. We will do our best to keep you updated, but if you are curious about the status of your order, please email us!
Once the package is with Canada Post, we are not responsible for any shipping or custom delays.
Package Says Delivered But I Can't Find It?
For missing packages please contact your local post office with your tracking number. Kari's Kloset is not responsible for any lost merchandise. However, we advise you to reach out to our customer service team, they will do everything possible to assist with the recovery of your package!
My Package Was Stolen, What Should I Do?
We recommend contacting your local authorities immediately. Kari's Kloset is not responsible for stolen packages.

Kari's Kloset is committed to processing orders promptly and we do our best to ship in-stock items within 1-3 business days after an order is placed. Orders being sent to the United States may take an additional 4-12 business days for delivery, depending on location.
